Scope of Services

American Fiber Inc. provides Business Management and IT Consulting services, including but not limited to strategy consulting, IT infrastructure support, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and digital transformation advisory.

Service Delivery

Consulting Engagements: Services are delivered according to a mutually agreed scope of work (SOW) or consulting agreement.
Timelines: Delivery timelines vary depending on project complexity and will be communicated in writing before commencement.
Remote & On-Site Support: Services may be provided virtually, on-site, or through a hybrid model as specified in the agreement.

Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate and complete information required for effective consulting. Ensure timely cooperation, access, and approvals needed to facilitate service delivery. Maintain internal resources necessary to implement recommendations and solutions.

Revisions & Adjustments:

Requests for changes in scope, timeline, or deliverables must be documented and may require updated fees or schedules. American Fiber Inc. reserves the right to modify delivery methods if unforeseen technical or operational issues arise, with client approval.

Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of consulting services, refunds are generally not available once services have been rendered. Clients may cancel engagements with written notice per the terms of their agreement; cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of the project.

Completion & Handover

Upon project completion, deliverables will be transferred in the agreed format (e.g., reports, digital files, documentation). Any ongoing support will be handled under a separate maintenance or retainer agreement.
